By acknowledging the terms and conditions detailed below, the Buyer recognizes the specifics related to the Buy-Back Assurance offered by Alldees Equipment:

Initiation of Buyback Request:
The Buyer is required to initiate the buyback request on the 10th day following the online purchase date, with the purchase date considered as day 0. The request must be submitted through email.

Buyback Requirements:
It is imperative that the heavy equipment is present on the Buyer’s property, and the payment for buyback must be transacted on that property. The Buyer is explicitly prohibited from selling or transferring the equipment to a third party after the online purchase date.

Eligibility Confirmation:
A 10-day period is necessitated to confirm the Buyer’s eligibility for buyback. An inspection will be conducted and assessed by the program administrator to validate the equipment’s current condition at the time of purchase.

Valid Conditions for Buyback:
The condition of the heavy equipment must either remain the same or improve from the time of purchase, as specified on the equipment detail page. Buyback requests must align with Alldees Equipment’s Terms & Conditions for inspection qualification.

Buy-Back Assurance Conditions:
The Buy-Back Assurance must be selected at the time of purchase and cannot be added or removed thereafter. The refund period spans from 24 to 48 hours after the Buyer receives the transferable receipt from Alldees Equipment Inc following buyback confirmation.

Equipment Handling and Pickup:
The heavy equipment will stay on the Buyer’s property post repurchase. Alldees Equipment will arrange for equipment pickup within 7 working days after confirming the refund receipt. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the marketing process, including inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating equipment pickup.

Responsibilities of the Buyer:
The Buyer assumes all losses and expenses related to the heavy equipment during Alldees Equipment’s repurchase. The equipment should not be utilized for commercial purposes and must be maintained in accordance with industrial standards.

Refund Process:
The refund will be issued to the original Buyer 24 to 48 hours after the transferable receipt from Alldees Equipment confirms the buyback. Alldees Equipment reserves the right to restrict the number of items the Buyer intends to repurchase. By proceeding with the purchase and availing the Buy-Back Assurance, the Buyer agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions established by Alldees Equipment.
